Please do not schedule any other programs in conjunction with the Governor’s Official Visitation

If you wish the Governor to install officers, induct new members or present awards; arrangements should be made at least 48 hours in advance with Gov. Hugh

It is customary [but not required ] to present the Governor a gift as a token of respect. Governor Hugh requests that any such gifts be in the form of a donation toward the Auto Refractor
